Kelly® is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Excel Specialist Materials Clerk to join our team to work for a premier company located in New Lexington, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Excel, specifically with extensive knowledge and experience in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
Shift: 7am to 3:30pm – Monday – Friday
Pay: $22/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Pivot Tables to summarize, analyze, explore, and present large amounts of data efficiently.
- Implement VLOOKUP functions to retrieve data from different sheets and streamline data management processes.
- Perform complex data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Create, update, and maintain detailed Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and improve data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide training and support to team members on advanced Excel functions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excel Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
