Under the instruction and supervision of the Legal Director and the Business Director, with assistance from mentors drawn from the area legal and business communities, students will obtain experience with business startup, legal, and transactional practice skills and gain practical experience providing services to clients. The BLC hopes to begin accepting students and clients with the Spring 2025 academic semester or as soon thereafter as practicable.

This position will be located in Portland, Maine within the Maine Center. It will work in collaboration and coordination with the Executive Director of the Maine Center, especially on responsibilities concerning community building and entrepreneurial resources.
